Find your own deep relaxation, deep stretch and deep release.

Be gently guided to let go of your week and give back to your body, notice its voice, cleanse and rejuvenate.
The session is designed to allow you to find and follow your own pathway, trust your own intuition and feeling state and your own body talk, to find your path of release.

Carefully chosen music holds the space for you to let your mind go and immerse yourself in your body’s ability to deeply listen.
